– 51% Black Owned with a VALID BEE Certificate/Affidavit 
– In possession of a VALID Purchase Order
– Your business MUST have worked with the client previously
– If your company has not done business with the client before, they must be on our PREFERRED Client list
– Your Project MUST have a 20% GROSS Profit Margin (P.O Value > R50 000)
